Ohio Senate: No Men Allowed in the Girls’ Bathrooms in Schools or Colleges
Emboldened by the crushing defeat of Kamala Harris, the Republican-led Ohio Senate has passed a bill to ban dudes from the girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms. The bill applies to all K-12 public schools and all higher education institutions that receive taxpayer dollars. The pro-girls bill had already passed in the state House, so now it goes to Gov. Mike DeWine’s desk to be signed into law.
The bill requires all schools to designate separate bathrooms, locker rooms, and overnight accommodations for school trips for males and females based on their actual biology. It applies to both school buildings and any facility designated for a school-sponsored event, such as a sporting event held at a local arena.
Proving that they’ve learned nothing from the 2024 election, Democrats are horribly upset that women and girls will now be protected from mentally ill transgender and “non-binary” perverts. The Ohio ACLU says it’s already planning legal action to try to force girls to shower and use the toilet with a hairy pervert looming over them and watching them. We’re paraphrasing, but that’s basically what they’re saying.
“This bill ignores the material reality that transgender people endure higher rates of sexual violence and assaults, particularly while using public restrooms, than people who are not transgender,” says Jocelyn Rosnick, the policy director for the Ohio ACLU.
Really? Could we see some statistics on that, Ms. (or Mr.) Rosnick? Because that sounds like one of those statistics that the trans lobby is always making up out of thin air with nothing to back it up. We’re almost certain that’s never happened. Men would be too busy laughing at a transgender dude trying to adjust his pantyhose at the urinal to assault him.
As soon as Gov. DeWine signs the bill into law, locker rooms and bathrooms will again be safe for girls in Ohio. Don’t you miss the good old days when things like this were not a problem in America?
